Your Right to Return

Under UK and EU consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations / Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the legal right to return goods within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product remains in its original, unopened condition.

Eligible Returns

You can return Solis Everyday Complex if:

  • The product is unopened and the seal is unbroken
  • The return is requested within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order reference)

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or tampered products cannot be returned. Once a seal is broken, the product may be unsafe to resell or consume.

How to Return

  2. Include a brief reason for the return (optional)
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a returns address
  4. Send the unopened product back via tracked postage (at your expense)
  5. We'll verify the product upon receipt
  6. Once verified, we'll refund your payment within 14 working days

Return Postage

You bear the cost of return postage. We recommend using tracked delivery (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service) to protect your return and provide proof of delivery.

Refund Amount

Refunds include the full product price. However, we may deduct return postage costs if return shipping was free at the time of purchase (this does not apply here - return postage is always at your expense).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your return:

  • We'll confirm receipt by email
  • We'll inspect the product to ensure the seal is unbroken
  • We'll process your refund within 14 working days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, funds may take 3-5 working days to appear

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. Do not discard the product or packaging
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
  4. Return postage will be covered by us

Exceptions

Please note:

  • We cannot offer refunds on opened or partially used products for health and safety reasons
  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted (unless the product is defective)
  • Products that show signs of tampering will be rejected
